There is a distribution charge for outlet pick up and delivery.
| Delivery fees depend on distance from headquarters. We will provide a cooler and cold ice blocks for your convenience, if requested. Food must be refrigerated within two (2) hours if left in a cooler. Coolers are not a substitute for refrigeration, but rather a temporary fix. Diet Gourmet drivers will pickup old coolers with each new delivery. Client accepts responsibility to place old coolers and ice packs outside for pick up or for us to exchange old ice packs for new ones. We will charge you $18.00 for each cooler we leave. Upon their return, we will credit your account. Credit to your account can be used toward the purchase of Diet Gourmet food. You are welcome to leave your own cooler if this fits your situation better. Diet Gourmet requires the appropriate keys and or entry codes (kept confidential) and will follow any reasonable instructions such as leaving your order in a garage. Please use common sense with this, although we understand that one person's common sense is another's 'bizarre request'. Diet Gourmet is not responsible for any order once it is delivered. | 
We also ship overnight to 98% of Texas - $35 to most of Texas & $85 for certain zip codes
For those outside our hand delivery such as San Antonio we will ship next day to your home or office by 3:00 P.M. We can ship meals to almost any address in Texas. We will pack your meal choices in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice, then place them in a cardboard box and rush them to your door. Call our headquarters to set this up.
Ideal for giving as a present to a student, elderly relative. Send or take Diet Gourmet with you to your vacation home and make it a real vacation. We recommend that you order enough food (say $60) to balance the delivery cost per meal. NOTE: Do not handle or eat the dry ice, toss it right from the cooler or let evaporate.
